Founded in December 2006 for the sole purpose of assisting businesses, as well as individuals, in achieving their goals as it pertains to business management, Hi!Pcg's ability to to provide clients with individually tailored solutions created exclusively with their needs in mind is what seperates us from our so called competition.
I am Kenille Stewart, President & Chief Consultant, and I assure you that there is no project too large or small for my organization to complete successfully. I have over 13 years experience in " hands on " business management practices with privately owned companies and corporations alike. I have developed and implemented multiple training programs, including the core foundations, as well as job descriptions/requirements. I am a proven developer of marketing strategy, while sometimes unorthodox, that has yielded sales increases ranging from 3% to upwards of 14% vs the client's previous year's sales. I have been involved in direct oversite of company operations and managed finances ranging from $2.7 million to $15.9 million in annual sales volume.
My associates and I also provide complete career planning for individuals, salary negotiation techniques, time management skills development, effective management skills training, and everything in between. I can provide individuals with an unrivaled " sports agent " type of attention and personalized representation.
I currently operate with one direct partner and a team of contract associates that assist with research when it comes to larger projects.
