Kenille spent the first 14 years of his working life in the Hospitality/ Quick-service Industry. Throughout that time span he held every position imaginable, from waiter all the way to Operations Supervisor. Kenille quickly garnered recognition for his unyielding committment to procedural excellence from the first day he was given the keys to his restaurant at age 19, he has understood the importance of training, education, hard-work, dedication, and the ability to manage people in a manner that highlighted their strengths.
In 2006, with the intention of assisting individuals and businesses with their growth and development, Kenille launched Hi! Profile Consulting Group. His purpose at that time was, and still is, to offer his clients the opportunity to be represented in their professional lives the same way that athletes and entertainers are.
